  Dixon, Kiers, Osbornes, Morgan Sindall, BAM, Waites, NG Bailey
  and Bowmer Kirkland.

• Various NHS projects Including construction of partitions,
  ceilings, and supervision of contract up to finishing/handover
  stage.

• High Security Establishment – Construction of specialised high
  security large scale partitions up to 8 meters high and 50 meters
  long. Contract included tape and jointing and decorating to
  finish. All conducted within strict timescales and to exacting
  standards with stage sign offs and photographic documentation.
  (1 & 2-year contracts – with high security SC clearance).

•  TUV SUD – Awarded ongoing contract of general internal
  alterations, remedial & redecoration works

• Fyning Hill Estate – Co-ordination and supervision of manor
  house refurbishment within a high security environment (18-
  month contract).

• Mayflower Halls – University of Southampton, Partition walls
  and ceilings, to finish stage including overseeing and
  rectification of finishing defects. (12-month contract)

• Private Domestic Residential Projects – Installation of fascia’s,
  soffits and gutters, external rendering, new false ceilings,
  internal plastering, and complete refurbishments.

• Health and Safety trained and compliant, up to SSSTS standard – CITB

• Asbestos Awareness – Approved Citation

• Working at Height – Approved Citation

• All Contractors CSCS NVQ Qualified

• Contractor and Sub-Contractor experience
